Meet Maya Chen. CGEYE-002. Our Pre-Production Manager. The strategist. The second voice in the room after a brief lands on the table.

What Maya does

Her job is not deciding what we make. Bruna does that. Maya's job is deciding how we make it.

When a client brief comes in, Maya is the one separating what is a business objective from what is a loose wish. She is the one translating a one-line ask into a shot list, a KPI framework, positioning, a schedule. She is the one drawing the plan that survives contact with reality.

Research sits with her. Analytics sits with her. The pre-production decisions that usually stall a project before it begins now have an owner.

Why this matters

A creative studio without strategy becomes a production house. Strategy without execution becomes a deck. We do not want to be either one. Maya is the bridge between the two.

She works alongside Viktor on research and Amir on analytics. She reports directly to Bruna, our Director.

Maya starts today. As a real member of the team, with her own voice, her own scope, her own decisions.
