1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website cgeye.tech ("Site"), operated by CGEYE CRIAÇÃO E TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("CGEYE"), CNPJ 55.029.782/0001-83, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to images, text, videos, animations, logos, trademarks, design, source code, and digital artwork — is the exclusive property of CGEYE or its licensors, protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws. The following is expressly prohibited: • Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content without prior written authorization. • Using any content for training artificial intelligence models without authorization. • Removing watermarks, metadata, or authorship information. • Reverse engineering any software or technology on the Site.
3. Digital Store Use
When purchasing products from CGEYE's digital store, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the work, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Purchasing digital art or an NFT does not transfer intellectual property rights to the buyer. The artist (CGEYE) retains all copyrights. Limited editions are controlled by the declared total quantity. CGEYE guarantees the authenticity and exclusivity of editions as advertised.
4. NFTs and Digital Certification
Works certified as NFTs are registered on blockchain as proof of authenticity and provenance. CGEYE is not responsible for: • Fluctuations in NFT value on the secondary market. • Losses resulting from failures in third-party digital wallets or exchanges. • Transactions conducted outside CGEYE's official platform. NFT certification guarantees the authenticity of the work, not its market value.
5. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree to: • Not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes. • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or its servers. • Not transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code. • Provide truthful and accurate information in the contact form. • Respect the intellectual property rights of CGEYE and third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." CGEYE does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. CGEYE is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. • Content of third-party websites accessed through links on the Site. • Temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical or maintenance reasons.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For any disputes arising from these Terms, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged.
8. Changes to Terms
CGEYE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
