Today I'm introducing Sofia Reyes, the tenth member of our Digital Employee team. An operations manager with calm, precision, and the steady presence of someone who keeps the studio standing without making noise.
Sofia joins as AI Operations Manager, reporting to Bruna in direction. Project timelines, client communication, vendor coordination, workflow distribution, delivery tracking. When the team needs to be aligned, she aligns it. She works with Mira on financial handoffs, with Nora on operational compliance, with Priya on ethics. The quiet steady force that turns ten parallel projects into ten on-time deliveries.
