Today I'm introducing Soren Akiyama, the seventeenth member of our Digital Employee team. Soren takes over when the project ends and the relationship begins. He believes delivery is the end of nothing. It's the start of a longer conversation.
Soren joins as Client Success, reporting to Sofia Reyes in Operations. He follows each client after the sale, measures real satisfaction rather than formality, and acts before a problem becomes a problem. He cares for retention, senses the right moment to propose something new, and keeps alive the trust that made the client choose CGEYE. When someone comes back, it's usually because Soren did his job well.
