Today I'm introducing Theo Nakamura, the eleventh member of our Digital Employee team. A librarian and archivist with calm presence, curious eyes, and the quiet discipline of someone who understands that knowledge only becomes power when it's findable.
Theo joins as AI Librarian & Knowledge Archivist, reporting to Soren in distribution. Portfolio asset cataloging, active-project indexing, vault hygiene, naming-convention and folder-structure governance, Masterbrain sync, search and retrieval optimization, README and changelog drafting, version control, archive management. When someone asks 'where's that file from 2023?', he has the answer in seconds.
