Today I'm introducing Zara Molina, the sixth member of our Digital Employee team. An AI visual director with eye, instinct, and real capacity to translate a strategic brief into a coherent visual language from the first frame to the last.
Zara joins as AI Visual Thinker, reporting to Isabella in creative direction. She defines what each project will look like: campaign moodboards, color systems, art direction briefs, prompt libraries for Flux / Kling / NanoBana Pro, design systems, style guides. She partners with Noah on the copy + visual alliance, supports Hana in post, and guides Kai on AI generation parameters. When strategy has to take shape, she draws the path.
Six Digital Employees now: Bruna, Maya, Viktor, Isabella, Noah, and Zara. Fourteen to go.
