CGEYE Packs License
This license applies to any file downloaded from the CGEYE Packs, free or paid. By downloading a file, you agree to these terms.

1. Personal and commercial use
You can use CGEYE Packs files in personal and commercial projects, including client work. An institutional video, a paid campaign, a mockup for a paying client: all of that is permitted use. There is no separate commercial license or extra fee for commercial use; the license you already have covers both.
2. Derivative works
You can edit, crop, recolor, animate, or combine the files with other elements to produce a new piece, and use that piece as part of your own work or a client's. What changes is the next item: the derivative work cannot itself become an asset put up for sale or distributed separately from the original files.
3. Resale and redistribution
Reselling, redistributing, or re-hosting CGEYE Packs files as assets is prohibited, whether standalone or bundled inside another pack, collection, template store, or resource library, free or paid. This holds even if you edited the file: if the end product is still, in practice, the original file made available for someone else to download as a resource, that's redistribution, and it falls outside what this license permits.
4. AI training and datasets
CGEYE Packs files cannot be used to train artificial intelligence models or to compose datasets, yours or a third party's. This includes fine-tuning, LoRA training, embedding generation, benchmark datasets, or any machine-learning pipeline, commercial or research.
5. This license's practical limit
Let's be direct with you: no clause on this page technically stops anyone from scraping the files, training a model on them, or redistributing them quietly somewhere else. We have no way to police that file by file, and we won't pretend we do. We'd rather name that limit than sell a guarantee that doesn't exist. This license is written for people acting in good faith, people who download a pack knowing these terms exist and choose to respect them. People acting in bad faith already know, before reading this page, that they're doing something it prohibits.
6. Declared provenance
Every item in the CGEYE Packs declares, on the item's own page, how it was made: AI-generated, AI-assisted, or manual. If you redistribute the origin information for a piece alongside a derivative work, keep that provenance declaration intact.
